Cheeky Author, :P. I would take more updates with the cliff hangers because then at least it is not a long wait. Is Lucius not allowed to cross exam the witnesses? I would think especially with Harry that he would and the healer? But didn't in an earlier chapter say, that he was seen and accessed. Not to mention when you apply for adoption and becoming a foster parent you usually have to go through a back ground check, medical, and psychology profile.
