Yay! You're back! I'm glad to hear that things in the real world are starting to settle down; health concerns are always difficult to handle. Welcome Back!  I have been away for awhile (grad school is HARD work) but went digging through my archives over semester break.  I was sorry to hear about your mum's illness and am so happy she is in remission.  Thank you for writing such wonderful stories that help my brain unwind.  As always, keep up the great work!!

Last two chapters have been gut-wrenchingly intense. Your experiences with your mother lend credibility and gravitas to fighting a disease as insidious as cancer. Glad to hear your mother's fought the "beast" so well.

Please rush the next chapter into production as a salve for dropping this "cliffie" on us.
