thankfully they've come to an arrangement until their next disagreement
too bad lucy won't stay in the background for long
glad cissy has a leash --- she will need to get it back out soon..
hopefully draco can talk Hermione into keeping the elf
poor thing doesn't want to go back to the manor
that is curious too
why is the elf satisfied not having to go back to the manor?

Good chapter, Lucius at least seems accepting of Draco's wishes to some degree here - hopefully it will last.
