Good chapter, though I too feel sorry for Mr. Davies. One thing has me puzzled, though. Since Roger pleaded Guilty, why did the court also have to declare him Guilty? I know in the U.S. that the jury or judge would only pass sentence in that case. Maybe it's different in the UK? It's not a big deal, obviously; I was just curious.

Good grief. What is wrong with these people? It's one thing for Harry not to stand up to the mother of his children, as you put it, but after Ginny grabbed Mr. Davies' wand there was time during her little rant for an Expelliarmus or Body Bind (from anyone with a wand) or Accio (from Davies). Apparently everyone's reflexes have become dulled since Voldemort's death.
Sorry. I realize her action was unexpected and everyone was taken by surprise, but I still think there was time for someone to have done *something*.

good god why again !!!!! poor Harry again hurt and now in a coma !!!!!! Ginny's magic is gone and has to live with the muggles and her knowing of the magic world gone well not what I expected but ok can live with that ....Draco's reaction is going to be WOW!!!!!! pls. update soon...
