You have an interesting story here. I like that the Trio are all reaching out to the Slytherins and Snape and Harry are working together. One comment: You are mixing up your tenses. You started out in the past tense (he said, she turned), which is what most books use, but then suddenly you'll switch to the present tense (he says, she turns). There's nothing wrong with writing in the present tense, but you need to stick to one or the other. 😃
