Oh Snap... (bad pun intended) I don't know whether to be disgusted by Severus' mode of conditioning reminder or impressed. A lot of both, I guess.
Draco really needs to remember that Hermione's activities with Harry in those ways were LONG before he was in the picture in a positive way. Neither allowing Harry to track him nor certainly sleeping with him will EVER happen THIS time around now that she is with Draco. I concede that it must be more than difficult to get past the emotional pain they must inflict especially after a day like this has been but despite the reintroduction of teenage hormones Draco should be more mature about this. I can't blame Severus for forcing him to think like he did and in fact applaud him; Draco needed a slap to the head in that instance.
As for Hermione... better putting out the fire in the common room than having it go crazy in her emotional state I suppose. O_O Still... hopefully she regains a better control again after her cry. With her elemental powers that could be very dangerous.

I knew he would be the first to break, but I didn't think he would take it out on her. Sigh... I hope he gets his head on straight quickly, he needs to keep himself alive, not get her killed, and be someone she can depend on, not another tormentor. I actually felt a little badly for Severus in that one. Draco's jealousy needs to be addressed, but first he has to stop acting like his 15 year old self! Poor, Hermione; teenage hormones and bodily changes, friends she can't confide in truly, a life she can't get back, a war to face, AND a boyfriend that turns on her?! Give this girl some REALLY good drugs. lol Thanks! HG4eva

Well so much for my soundtrack! LoL My thoughts kept flickering between various songs until finally I had to shut the music in my head off completely so I could focus on the Scene. Maybe on a later rereading I'll settle on the perfect score. I've already read this story so much I know rereading is inevitable.
Loved how Draco foisted Pansy onto her future hubby. I can almost envision it. Lucky he goes to Hogwarts, isn't it?
It's sweet Draco's given Hermione the go-ahead to let Ginny know if she brings it up. Fortuitous too, as the observant girl has likely already figured it out. But how will Ginny keep from telling Susan anything when they were the ones listing potentials together? That was delightful, by the way. ^_^ Much fun.
... best way EVER for magical dealing with menses!!! Charmed self-cleaning knickers!! High Ones... I want some of my own... :pouts: Why can't we have magic panties? :pouts:

I love when you update! :) When you mentioned Slughorn I remembered McLaggen. I can't help but wonder if something similar will happen between him and Hermione, in reference to what happened with Pansy and Draco. And now I'm thinking about Lavender too... I can see this getting VERY entertaining. :) I'm more excited now! Keep up the good work and don't forget to take some time for yourself as well!

I was hearing "Surprise" from A Chorus Line. lol I love that he loves her so much, though I think he will get them in trouble if he's not more careful. Things better come to a head sooner than later, as he won't make it long. lol I am glad everyone's found someone, but now we need Voldy gone, so Hermione and Draco can find their happily ever after. :-) I look forward to more of their antics at school and Ginny and Susan's help and support. Love your idea! I can't help but laugh at some things but I love this idea of using an object to turn back time for a second chance. Did you come up with this? I write really incredibly dark fics and am inspired to use the idea of going back in time [I won't copy you, the pearl is a great idea and totally yours!!] Cheers for creativity! How did you come up with this idea? I am curious to know. Would you be against the idea of someone else using the pearl? Wouldn't hurt to ask. I won't write anything soon since I have so many projects but I like the originality!

RavieSnake! I've been reading fan fiction for eight years and I must let you know that this story is one of the best I've read in years! Your prose is beautiful and your story is clever, smart and very engaging. Draco and Hermione are not OCC and I love their relationship and humanity. Please let me pay you a very high compliment: in my opinion, your story is up their with one of the best Draco/Hermoine fan fictions of all time: Pansy's Volcano by Blue Midget.
