Thank you for the update!! I am sorry Hermione had to tell Ron to keep him from doing something stupid, but I really hope he will prove an asset when all is said and done. He doesn't know it, but he needs to do something to earn Hermione's true forgiveness, as she's still carrying around a lot of anger and pain from his cheating. I wonder how Harry will react when he realizes he's the last to know. lol Thank you for a lovely evening for the two of them, too! HG4eva

First I would like to apologize for not reviewing sooner I have been reading your story on my breaks at work and 15mins are not enough to write a decent review. Thank you ever so kindly for updating. I agree wholeheartedly with Madster you write the characters as well as their original creator yet you take them to the next level by adding more realism and depth. Hermione had the good girl happy ending with Ron and it worked for awhile. I always felt that J.K. made Hermione and Draco so well and then in the end instead of giving us an ending with the glorious change her characters fought so hard for she played it safe. You have went beyond that and it feels apart of the book series. I'm glad that we will along with Hermione learn more about our Favorite Fated Couple. Because of Ron four people (if I'm not jumping to conclusions here) could have died. Draco from slugs, himself from a severe beating, Hermione and Susan from suicide. I can only imagine that Harry and Ginny will need thr knowledge of being fated too later on. Then the revelation that Draco is truly the yin to Hermione's yang in that he can control water. I can't wait to see how this plays out in the defeat of Voldemort and more importantly the lives of Draco and Hermione.

Massive surprise with the Ron situation. I think I had to reread it twice to make sure I'd read it right. Shouldn't HE be learning Oclumency now too? But I guess they're not teaching Ginny either...

Fantastic full-length story that draws you in and leaves you reeling for the next chapter. The characters are real and have excellent development. The author has allowed, through an inventive plot twist, for the gang to be back together at Hogwarts without creating a completely new adventure that never happened. She creates plausible reasons for events to unfold differently than they did in the books, and in some ways brings more sense to the relationships and events than the fantastic JKR did herself, while seamlessly blending them into the original story. The characters have not changed dramatically and are still mostly similar to their namesakes from the original series (making the story all the more real) which I find to be rare in the fanfic world. This is a fantastic story that definitely deserves more attention, reviews and love.

Ron is such an oaf! Never liked him, how Hermione got hitched by him in the first place puzzles me to no end....

Liked the chapter, give us a song in the next chapter.
