Lucius, well this is going to cause a whole new kind of headache. Figures that Malfoy senior is still rolling with the Death Eaters even after Harry got his ass spared from a well deserved life sentence. Wonder how Draco is going to take this, highly doubtful that he and his father want the same things. One wants to survive the other more than likely wants his old power and domination. Harry's got his work cut out for him.
Hopefully Harry can keep up the masquerade long enough to expose the truth about Lethe and take down the remaining Death Eaters. Cause if his ploy is discovered, Fenrir is gonna remember that head pat lol.
Will Narcissa be making an appearance as well?
Harry's friends are probably freaking the hell out with concern about where Harry is. Makes sense though that he should keep his distance from them if he wants to keep the lie going with the Death Eaters. Also they might not react to well to Harry using the dark lords old followers.
Draco's got more stones that probably he even knows. The old him would not have had the will to do any of what he is doing.

Noooooo! more more MORE! I don't know why Draco passed out and I definitely want to know why Harry is laughing. it's going to be horrible to wait for a week! I'm glad that Harry decided to go back and get his magic and it was so rotten that they were going to do that to Harry with an audience even.

Chapter 18, the cliffhanger is evil, but the story is so freaking wonderful! I can't wait to see what happens next!

Well, I haven't reviewed until Chapter 7. I wanted my review to cover a good amount of the story. I'm very impressed by the theme and its execution. So creative and so appropriate to the mood and themes of JKR's work. I love the addition of the Black House potions lab, and the ancestral portrait. I'm anticipating a lot of information and rapid plot movement now. I think your Draco is spot on, and I love the expansion of Pansy's character from the books. I'd expect a lot more support from Harry's friends, though. It doesn't seem likely that there wouldn't be flocks of Weasleys, and Longbottom, and Lovegood, advocating for him. But then it would be harder to justify him becoming close to Draco, so maybe its the necessary choice for the story. Thanks for delivering something that feels like a worthy sequel to the books!
