Severus' intervention to help the abused magical children could do wonders for Harry in the long run but could also blowup spectacularly in the here and now! It remains to be seen which way the die will fall as only you know when the roll will happen.

Wow. How to articulate my reaction to this story..?
I love it. there's nothing else to it. I love it as purely as I love JKs books. You write as if... as if "A Brother to Basilisks" could be a story of it's own, independent from the Harry Universe altogether!
The development of Harry's personality into that of a more confident one has me latched onto this story the most. It took a very long time for JK's Harry to grow confident, which makes sense because of the story surrounding him. But your Harry... Your Harry is so refreshing to read! If anyone could have made Harry into a confident young person, it's you and your addition of Dash.
I read the whole thing in 3 hours, and I'm glad it seems like you have been keeping up with the updates because I'm excited to read more!! Thank you for sharing your writing, it's very well done <3

Severus is walking a thin line now. Trying to reform yourself and actually do what's right and not having the "right" people to go go to and tell them what's happening means you have to hope the "wrong" people do what's morally RIGHT and just how sad is that. Hermione has figured out Lupin's furry little problem and we have to wonder how long it will be before Harry or Draco figure it out too. Of course, dash wants to know because he hates that anyone is keeping secrets from Harry and mostly because he hates not knowing anything that may affect him and his bonded.
