You have such beautyful Terms like "Life is more interesting now than it has been in years."
I like how you can express so lot in such a short Statement. And it make every chap more competing.
The plot is also so interesting.
I can unterstand Draco wish his own baselisk. Dash is so cute - eeeh, I mean impressive. ;-)

Wow Dash! O_O Daaammmmn! I felt chastised just from reading the thing! :-/
I was hoping Dash would have MORE to say to Sirius, tho' I'm starting to get like Severus
and I'm going to start referring to him as Black, for being incredibly thoughtless and stupid!
Lupin better repent too!
How come Harry can't stay with Severus, it would benefit both of them.

Yikes! I wouldn't want to drink anything Snape gives me for a while if I were either Sirius of Lupin! They better get their act together pretty damn quick of they will lose whatever respect and feelings Harry have for them! Dash is like an avenging angel only in snake form!
