I loved the Snape and Harry hug. It was so sweet. I am also so happy that they know Blaise is not a friend. I so don't like him.

I know you want to end it when everyone is in 6th year, but it would be nice to read, for once, about
Severus' feelings on seeing the man Harry became as he got older...after caring for him for so long.

Good chapter. Is it bad of me that Blaise is getting on my nerves? Will he get caught in his scheme?

1. I have to ask, when you heard Alan Rickman had died, did it make writing
Snape a bit surreal? Because I was surprised he had died since I was still kind
of gloomy about Bowie....and it was just a few days apart.
2. I have to say....any private interaction between Severus & Harry is a joy to read.
3. Sirius could have stayed away.

Damn, I was so tired trying to read the day before this I couldn't remember if I reviewed.
***********
1. I kind of agree with Severus, it IS unnerving that Dash patrols at night, but I see why from
Dash's POV, after all he is both hunter & protector.
2. I kind of have a feeling I may know what direction you may go in, regarding the
final conflict with Harry & Voldemort, if you decide to do your version of the Forest
Scene. You are going that far right?
3. Blaise is such a minor character to me in this story, he's easily forgotten..
4. I didn't realize there was more to that riddle with the egg, in other words
there were two more lines I was unaware of..

Reading this chapter it makes me wonder why Dumblefuck is still trying to kill Dash? That's my guess as to who's been writing in secret to that idiot coward Blaise. What's the point? Harry no longer trusts him and rightfully hasn't for a long time. Can't handle rejection from his greatest possible pawn who was lucky to escape his grasp? Or because he blames Dash for corrupting Harry? I hope you don't allow Blaise to get off light with his crimes. Have Dash bite him or something when the truth comes out. Unless the person writing to Blaise happens to be Black and not Dumbledork. Or working for that crook? I won't say with because Black is weak willed and easily led. But how would he find out that kind of information about Blaise's upbringing? That's why I suspect Dumblefuck as he seems to have a better ability to finding out that kind of information by passing himself off as Light's greatest champion. I hope Blaise fails in brewing the potion or gets caught, thus reviled as to what he's been doing. Snape would be my choice for that idea. Or Dash smells the potion on Draco and can avoid it all together. But I just can't see Dash getting killed this early in the story or at all. Okay, I'll stop my rambling.

I love this story, especially Dash. I am also enjoying how Harry is building his trust in Draco. Thank you for this lovely chapter.
