I can't even begin to tell you how much I love the new chapter of your story! Thank you for not having Harry have to deal with either Vernon or Marge's abuse any more. I can't imagine how much better Harry's life is without their abuse. I just hope that soon Harry won't have to deal with either Dudley or Peturnia. Thank you for you absolutely incredible update! Can't wait to find out what will happen next!

I love the start of the story. Before I read how Sirius managed to do what he did, I had already guessed something similar. I do love how you used the fact that Sirius would be exposed to knowledge of the darker side of magic with his family to do this. So far, so good. I am looking forward to more chapters.


As for the spell ritual, maybe a crafty name? Just for the fun of it. I have a couple of ideas for that, but will have to work it out. I'm weird like that, don't mind me.

Is it wrong that I really dislike Remus in this story? He knows that Sirius was innocent, but doesn't try to help him because he just "knows" that no one will listen to a werewolf. He knows that Lily and James wanted him to take care of Harry, but instead he just gives him up to Dumbledore. How can he feel sorry for himself for being alone? With friends like him who needs enemies. He believes that Voldemort is coming back, but instead of making sure that Harry is healthy and happy, he doesn't even try to check on him. Writing him letters that even he admits are for himself more than poor orphan Harry. Thank goodness Sirius cares more about Harry than he does himself. Hopefully, with his help, Harry will have a better childhood and not fall for Dumbledore's manipulations. Fabulous beginning to your story! Can't wait for more!

Oh, Speedy. I've been a long-time reader of yours, and you always start a new fic. I'm excited about this one, but I wonder if it'll get finished.


Your flow is very nice. I enjoy the rather fluid way you knit words together.

Damn I wish there was a second chapter already. As far as remembering details, I am reading so many stories at the same time that it is normal to read the whole story over again to remember what it is that I have read so far. :D
