That ending is very...Hermione. I'm glad it didn't turn out to be that sappy kind of thing where she eventually falls for him (yes, I kinda think that'd be too sappy hahaha ^^'). I mean, this is EXACTLY what Hermione would do if it actually happened.
Keep on writing ^^

Please update! I'm usually a lurker, but felt that a review might help the plot bunnies to keep on working. ! I keep rereading the first 3 chapters. Would never thought of a yaxley and hermione pairing but loving this plot. Keep up the great work.

This chapter is the same as the Nott story. Which I loved and wanted more. I look forward to seeing how the bond is controlled. Great story

So far so good though I noticed a few errors like writing HE instead of I or vice versa in a few places. Love the dominant theme and I'm really interested in seeing how this develops. You are continuing it, correct? The welcome home bit seemed almost like a cliffhanger.

Poor Hermione...that last sentence suggests that she's probably not going to be happy married to Yaxley, unless that potion is also designed to subjugate her will to his. He evidently doesn't understand that a wife is not a possession and that control is not the same as love -- and while he may have reformed to the extent that he no longer believes in Pureblood superiority, he quite obviously hasn't reformed in the sense of understanding that imposing your choices on other people by deceit or by force is unethical. (Then again, he's a former Death Eater which means that he's most likely a Slytherin -- what more can you expect?) However, Hermione's will and independence are clearly one of the things which he finds attractive about her -- so if the potion is designed to make her compliant to his will, his efforts to guarantee that she will be his might be the very thing that rob him of it.
