Great beginning and a fresh premise. I look forward to more of it. (One side note: It's distracting to see "runes", misspelled as "ruins", especially when the term occurs so often in the first chapter story. Maybe go back and correct?)

This is a great premise for a story and quite suspenseful. I hope you do continue it. ...One thing though, I think in the HP books, Grindelwald's fortress or castle was Nurmengard. There's an 'r' in that first syllable. However you spell it, the idea is unique and intriguing. I'm eager to read more.
