I feel so sorry for all the authors out there when I see stories that include cock rings that dont let partners orgasim. That is not their purpose. They are not super naughty s&m sex toys, hut something I think every couple should have because they make a penis harder and stay hard. They can delay orgasim and help teach control, but they do not stop orgasim and if they are too tight can be dangerous. Dont feel like an idiot like I did when I told my bf, full of confidence, that preventing orgasim is what they did, when I was so very wrong.
