Loving this so far! Not sure how five chapters made it by without my notice, because I love a good HPSS story that portrays them as a little more human than most. Still strong wizards capable of greatness and glory, certainly, but not infallible for all that. Anyway, thanks for sharing! Looking forward to the next update. I'll be adding this to my WIPs bookmark folder. :) Now I'll just keep my fingers crossed for a bottom!Harry should it get to that point! Haha.

Ahhh no, he relapsed. :( I hope Harry doesn't get too pissed off about it. It's sad though that Severus sank back in it because of a joke Harry tried to make a little fun out of. But I can definitely see how something so small could cause huge waves like that in someone's head. Even if the other person is totally unaware of what they've spurred on.

I hope he is able to tell Harry why he feels the way he does. Not just the fact of his joke putting him back in such a dark place in his mind, but all of it.

Oh wow!!! Why couoldn't Severus been more open with Harry about wanting to stay & wanting some sor of relationship or at least needing something but not knowing what? And why didn't Harry come over sooner than about 2 weeks??? Yes I'm frustrated! I love these two and I'm an old school kind of person who just wants to smack both of them even if I understand that after the end of the world as they had been living it for most of their lives they were left hanging with no one to help or understand. (Granger had Ronand Weasleys had deaths to think about. Neither Sev or Harry were on the front of any ones radar in a helpful way.

when will there be an update? I quite like the idea you have for this story and its frustrating to not know what happens next!!

I love this story! So sad for lovely Severus to be so troubled from the war, but I'm glad Harry cares enough to want to help him. Please continue! I anxiously await :)

Aww, they seem to be getting on so well that I'm afraid something is going to come along and ruin all of it! They're connecting on many points and understanding each other quite well. It's good to see that Severus has learned how to bend, and that Harry had learned to listen. I just love how they're moving closer together. Ending up with them sharing a bed--that was just lovely!

I have to say, I've read a fair amount of Harry Potter fics, but this is definitely one of the best. I love what you did with the characters and that some of them went to mind numbing remedies after the war. It's all portrayed wonderfully!
