As always, I'm happy to see another chapter.
I have to say though, if I were Harry, I'd be quite pissed that Snape riled up my abusive relatives, then left me with them without any sort of explanation, clothing, protection, or during the week, communication. Harry is forced to sneak food at the very least yet again. Who knows how many times he's been knocked around? We all know he's been verbally abused while there.
Snape then waltzes back in, starts another fight, and doesn't even offer a scrap of information or apology, nor ask if Harry is ok. He obviously knows Harry is abused given the details he shares with Fish... why then would he leave him in a hostile and volatile situation? There is no good reason. He's essentially condoning and participating in the abuse.
What was the point of even vising the Dursley's in the first place... again, without sharing this info with Harry before hand? Can we say "set up"? I get the impression Snape planned this all along and I suspect - though I hope I'm wrong - he also set up the Dursley's to be angry with Harry before he abandoned him. Even without the dementors, he was already provoking them. Why is Harry happy to see Snape after that? He should be angry and lost all trust in Snape.
I'm starting to not like or respect Snape at all and at this point I'm hoping Harry dumps his ass. The Tournament is over, Harry got what he needed. There is no reason to continue this abusive relationship. This latest stunt is just too much to forgive.
whew!!! Thanks for letting me vent. Perhaps I'm identifying too much with Harry. Regardless of my anger at Snape, I'm still very much enjoying this story. Obviously, you've engaged this reader to get such an emotional reaction :-)

I love seeing this updated. And I'm glad they visited the dursleys... But what did snape find out our talk about while Harry was with Dudley? Was there any real or lasting revenge? And that memory of Dudleys was pretty horrifying. Well done with that :)

Loved the verbal sparring match between Snape and Petunia. Loved that Dudley kinda apologized. Laughed at the author's note. Wish the rain would go away and dump on California(they need it). If it rains here anymore we're going to have to build an ark.

Oh, and one minor correction, now that I've re-read the chapter: it's spelled 'taut,' not 'taught.'
I really have to say, though, I much prefer your misspelling to the word 'taunt' being used instead. That happens to be my pet peeve.
So kudos to you for having the right word, just please spell it right, if not for me, for yourself.
Other than that, the story is great, and I love it.
More soon, please!

Okay, so first off, I have to say, I could have kissed you when I read about PRINCE Manor. You don't know how mant times I've yelled at stories for having a SNAPE Manor. It's just so... NO! So, yes, thank you for actually keeping true to Snape's family tree. I, for one, really appreciate it.
Secondly, the almost-sex scenes are hot, and I want more! LOL.
Thirdly, I'm eagerly waiting to see what happens with the Dursleys, so please update soon!

This story is brilliant!!!
I only have one "problem" with it - is it me, or are there 4 Tasks they have to go through? (You said the 1st was Dragons, the 2nd was mermaid, then you call another one about the Mirror the 2nd also??) Or is it just me who got it wrong, huh.
Either way, I love this story!
