What? No... What in the world... Harry can't cheat on Snape! Is this because the tournament is over? (grumble want to smack Serious over the head grumble) No no no no no!!!! But if it's necessary... Absolutely necessary for the story... Then I hope that Harry finds the kisses of everyone else to be totally lacking when compared to Severus. And no farther! I love how the kisses and snuggling are so natural between the two and I don't even want Harry that comfortable with Serious either. I'm going to hide and read the next chapter between my fingers like how I watch scary scenes in a movie!

The insults between Snape and Petunia are brilliant. So cutting! Like how you slightly amended the Dementor incident. Wondering why Dudley is being so nice to Harry, hopefully he isn't setting him up for anything tragic. Or has Dudley discovered he has some magic in him. Very strange. Delightful chapter.

I agree absolutely with snape_lust, this seems a complete departure from the growing relationship so far. Its horrible that Snape would treat Harry like he doesn't matter and I'm not sure how to keep their relationship can be a good health one from here. I just cannot see any justification.
But you've been able to keep my focus this whole time, so I trust you know what your doing :)

*Gaaaaah* I am so happy I discovered this fic. A great random find if ever there was one. I followed a rec for a different fic to this site and decided to then peruse the Snarry collection :) The description intrigued me so I decided to give it a go. BEST. DECISION. EVER. I've been looking for a GoF Snarry!AU for a while and here it is!
I stayed up till nearly 6am reading until my dad knocked on my door (for the third time that night/morning):
DAD: Jay, it's after 5 are you asleep? ME: ... DAD:Jay, are you asleep? ME:Yes. DAD:Time for bed. ME:I don't need sleep, I'm a Zombie. DAD:Get ready. ME:I don't want to, if I stay up for 2 more hours I'll have been wake for 24hrs. DAD:You're close enough. Teeth. ME:It's only been 22hrs and 6--no 8 minutes. *I sound strangely euphoric* In fact I want to stay up all day and see how long I last - it could be an experiment. *I nearly walk into door frame* *wanders off to do my teeth*
I had just finished chapter 18 and I really wanted to review last night (after I re-read that hilarious argument/banter between Snape and Harry in Dumbles office) but the sneaky bugger had turned off the internet.

Seriously I cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful, well written, dramatic read so far. I often find in fanfiction that one or more of the following suffers in varying degrees: grammar, plot or characterisation. But not here :D
I adore the dynamics you've established in their relationship, especially that Snape can still be a stubborn, grumpy, petty bastard at times! The man is far from perfect. I'm love the slow build in their relationship, the general hesitancy in going any further (oh the UST!) and how you've woven in a much amended plot of GoF into the tale.
This is my brain at the moment: Poor Lupin! What's going to happen to Cedric? Fake pregnancy?!? Consummation!!!?! (I'm rather excited about that one) ... Voldemort! *dun dun duuuuhn*
Btw happy belated Australia day (if you're into that sort of thing... I'm not very nationalistic myself). And Happy Easter - I stayed in bed, ate an easter egg and finished reading this instead of getting up straight away :D
If I could make one request, could you consider crossposting this on Ao3 as I would love to have a epub vers. on my Kobo. Plus it would be easier to keep track of updates and get more people reading it (it deserves to be read!).
