Alright, I've read what you've said about Lily not getting enough attention from Harry. That was exceptional in the first few chapters. But now it's just plain unacceptable. What she wants isn't her more of her parents attention; it's her selfish wants. I don't think getting more affection requires estranged spouses remarrying. A 10 year old should be able to realize what they're doing is either right or wrong. From this, Lily was raised spoilt with this perfect image of a family. Harry should NOT let anymore of her behavior get by.

Heh! I completely forgot about the Spiders AND their freakin' powder. :-)
Also, Harry needs to suck it up & realize there's no getting away from the
'awe' people feel, just ignore it as best he can is the only thing to do.

Don't have anything new to say just that I'm really enjoying this story and this seemed a very short chapt. They don't seem to be getting anywhere...think Malfoy needs to sit down with Harry in a place they won't be disturbed and talk to him. Maybe they can figure something out to help make Harry's life better.

Oh my. I really want to read this story. I really do. But if my 10 year old spoke to me like Lily does to Harry in this chapter, I can assure you there would be immediate and severely unpleasant consequences. It seems clear that there have been no such consequences not only from Harry, which I can kinda sorta see if I squint, but also from Ginny and the rest of the sainted Weasley family. And THAT is totally unacceptable. It also makes it hard to sympathize with Harry.

So I just started reading your story, and I'm thrilled I picked it up! I'm really enjoying it so far! I've read TONS of HP fanfics, but I really like that this one seems completely novel to me. I can safely say I don't recall ever reading anything with this particular concept, and it's nice to read something that stands out. I love what you've done so far, and I'm eagerly awaiting more! Keep up the excellent work :)
