Forget what I said about Severus and transfiguration, I didn't read your author's note for the last chapter until after I reviewed. I understand why you did it that way, so I retract my criticism of that part of the chapter. I realize I could delete the review entirely and start again, but it's a long review and I stand by the rest of what I said. Not to mention, it would be the fourth review I have made concerning the chapter before last and I refuse to do it again!

Sev, it is not nice to scare a girl like that. Hermione, you should have checked the map and saved yourself some frantic searching.

Hm... I suppose a cat is more useful than say, an otter. ;) Severus the bat. Cute. I like how he is showing he is just as brave as he becomes later. I hope nothing bad happens to him at Malfoy Manor and that he returns soon to relieve Hermione's fears.
I hate to agree with Severus on this, wishing as Hermione does that he could forgo the Dark Mark completely, but his idea seems to be the only way. Even having an animagus form he'd still have to know where Voldemort is or would be. I highly doubt any of them would want to wait until his attack on the Potters, giving them a known time, especially as Hermione as they know her will not be there to assist in any way. Although I suppose that IS an option, that leaves a lot of time for Voldemort and his followers to do terrible things.

I am hoping she's panicking over nothing and he's just taking a while to find the book. But, I am not thinking I'm right. Sigh... I am glad they got the cup so easily though and hope at least a few other things go easily, too. Thank you, hon! HG4eva

Wow! I am actually all choked up over that chapter. Even knowing what was coming in general, that was really powerful! Well done on your part! I love that he told he he loved her before they went up there and I smiled at his words in the end. I thank you and look forward to more! HG4eva

That drink is evil. Seriously. Great chapter though, but will Regulus still die? I can't remember right, but I thought he found out about the locket, went to get it and died as a result of the drink. It would be sad to think that they went to all that trouble, even if it was for the locket, and someone still had to die needlessly. Can't wait to read more!
