Good story...I just re-read 14 chapters and then read the last two. Now we are getting into the good part - the trial to catch Dumbledore, Molly, Ginny & Ron & of course Hermione from stealing from Harry and harming him in the past, present and plotting to in the future. It should be good. How rotten they were being... throwing a lonely young boy into a strange world.

When he went to redress himself, the first item on his pile were his glasses. He was confused, because he already could see perfectly.
At the end of the Second chapter the Goblins removed several blocks from Harry . Afterwards he could see perfectly. No need for contacts!
