Wow. The scene with Babbling, Harry and the book was powerful and well done. Glad that I found a story where Harry is compared to and gets to know more about his Mom, it is sorely lacking in canon. The pacing with Susan and Padma seems great so far and like to see how you swing the events for the threesome. Plus it will be refreshing to read and story where Harry has friends outside the main ships.

Thanks for the read and looking forward to more. Curious, is this story on a site that has tracking built in? I hate how I often miss an update or more of some of the stories on AFF.

alwasy thought the rune magic, and math, would not really help that much, when that time could be better learning how to fight, look like harry allready push ron away from him. that will hurt a lot, you dont see bill trying to talk to ron and help him, no just harry. why in all these type of story do only harry get the harem,

I always feel that Arithmany is overplayed in HP fanfiction. People seem to think it's magical physics or mathematics, where they break down magic into a series of numbers and equations - which is incredibly lame. Magic is magic, and treating it like gravity doesn't do it, or your fic (or canon for that matter) justice. Keep magic in this story a mystical force whose most complex working and nature are beyond human understand, leave it mysterious and vague and it'll be all the better for it.

Besides, from all evidence I've seen, Arithmancy seems to be little more than numerology. The importance of prime numbers and observing their effects in magic. Blurgh, only slightly better than Divination. It'd be hilarious if you turned that 'drop divination and pick up Runes and Arithmancy' cliche on its head by having Harry point that out and drop it like a bag of shite.

why i understand about ron, he was aloyal friend that risk his life for harry, why he hated being poor,becouse people made fun of him, and his friend never tired to talk to him be there for him,it was alway harry, hell his own family he did not feel loved by. so i get alot of it. and he did not hate snakes outside of draco.

Harry dating girls OTHER than Saint Hermione the Radiant?! Sign me up! Looking forward to this story progressing.

Very interesting beginning. I want to see where you take this. Sorry to hear that Ron will continue to be a prat for so long, but I agree that he needs a good wakeup call.

I am really enjoying this story . I knew there were only 2 chapters when I started to read , but I got so caught up in it that when I reached the end ... I kind of wailed "No!" outloud . I will definately be keeping an eye out for updates . Love the way you are tying the families together with the alliance and giving Harry a way to find out about his mom besides the usual Snape interactions .

Nice to see this story continued, I had good hopes for it.

Please keep writing it.

It's good to hear that you plan to let Ron grow up, bashing gets so tiresome.

I was wondering what happened to this story! Glad to see you are continuing it. I loved this chapter, it was a lot to take in but there is nothing wrong with a good long chapter. Maybe this year Harry will be able to get out of the tournament if he is actually going to use his head. I'm amazed he never requested/demanded to be questioned under verituserum. I sure as heck would have. I also would have refused to participate and demanded a lawyer >.< I can't imagine something like that not having a loophole. Binding contract or no. After all, there is way to much margin for people to put others names in as a joke! Can't wait to read more!

There was one little mistake I noticed. You said that when Dudly did better then Harry in school, Harry was punished and I think what you meant was that when Harry did better, he was punished, thus why he always does poorly. Anyways, thanks for posting!
