Spent two hours reading this when I should be sleeping. Love this idea! So original! :) I don't think I've ever heard of a story where the RoR had memory or any of the things going on concerning the room that you have going on here. I'm wondering how Draco and Hermione had that sae "dream" of their children and the kitten in the garden....was that somehow the Room's doing also? And why can't Harry hear them/vice versa? Has Dumbledore tried and I missed it? And what's up with Snape--who turned him, where is he now, and will we be seeing a version of him in the Room's memory slide-show?
Good luck with Mother Nature. I lol'd when I read your description, but yes, she can be a bit fickle.

Now I understand the Room's frustration. Hundreds of years it has endured watching blood prejudice rip apart beautiful relationships. No one in all those hundreds of years was able to or willing to carry that love forward past the room's walls. Very depressing, it would kind of be like watching Romeo and Juliette alternating with Titanic everyday for the next 200 years. Beautiful stories but you would be heartsick with all the tragedy. And Draco last comment about Love not being enough, love on it's own is not. Love coupled with courage and faith would be enough to weather any storm. Now I have a question, Salazar walked away from is Helga but what happened to their child?

Loved the chapter. And the way you use the room :). Wonder what else you (together with RoR :D) have planned for Draco and Hermione. Cant wait to read more and more!

Great chapter, can't wait to read more. Glad you are all right as well as your kid! So, the room is showing them the error of their ways and that what they are doing is simply repeating history over and over again. Learn from it you two!
