I just finished to read this chapter and then the bell rang. Its past midnight here in Brazil now. It was my neighbor. His baby boy died today, he was 8 months old and his name was Gustavo. Thats my sugestion. Sorry... Im really sad now...

Glad they worked it out. They will make great parents. I can't wait to read more. LOVED how Sev handled the slytherins. Must have been a hell of a shock to them that he would not only take points from his own how, but that many AND assign them detention. Though honestly, I could probably see him doing that even if he only knew a girl through him teaching her. That behavior was just unacceptable. Can't wait to read more!

I vote you keep them apart for like 1 or 2 months... Enough time for them to wallow, and for Lucy and Remmy to tell Sevvy he's being a complete arse.... That way you can kill like 5 birds with one stone lol

He's just in shock. I think she should certainly walk out but it should be sorted quickly. whoever she goes to should tell her he's in shock and whoever he speaks to should shout some sense into him and make him realise he is good enough to be a father. But this should be decided within a couple of days (next chapter) Perhaps there should be a scare and hermione ends up in the infirmary with a risk of her losing the baby and he's so worried her and gets protective of the baby too.

I've been dying to know how severus would take the news! Personally I think hermione and severus should be apart for a while, but how are they going to overcome people finding out? What consequences are ahead for the couple when the news is out? Anxiously awaiting for further chapters and thank you for writing an amazing story.

That went exactly as I expected it ^^; Sev panicked. He needs to grab her, cling to her and just yeah...not let go. Let her know how scared he is, and that he does love her, he's just terrified. I hope she doesn't terminate though, I think that would kill both of them. I mean, she is panicked at the moment too, but look at how she reacts over every little thing involving the loss or abuse of a life. It would kill her in a sense. Anyways, great chapter, can't wait to read more.

I'm casting my vote for a quick reconciliation, he's open to emotions and not as closed off I think he'd come around faster because of his emotional attachment, my 2 cents

Personally, I think he should go to her and explain that he does love her and he is scared. Plain and Simple.
I really don't want to read that they are apart and she can't abort the baby and he finally comes around in the end.

This chapter was intense. I wasn't expecting Snape to react that way to Hermione's pregnancy. I do think a brief separation would be good for them(two weeks to a month) so both can come to terms with their soon-to-be-born child and to resolve any issues they have once they've calmed down from their initial panic and anger.
