Snape and Harry are obviously incredibly antagonistic towards each other, and AFAIK, these kinds of 'arrangements' are based on love and trust. It's kind of hard to claim that when Ginny picked someone like Snape to indulge Harry's fantasy unless she's actually punishing him for his fantasy - in which case it works.
I'd like this to evolve into swinging instead of cuckolding, but I'm very doubtful it will. Either way, you got the characters down pretty well (except for Harry, but that's plot related to its fine).

Great start. I certainly hope there is more coming. Both of Snape/Ginny, and then the evolution of Harry and Ginny's marriage afterwards. There's so many ways this could develop. The antagonism between Harry and Snape is also very in character.
