I have a couple ideas for stories with Luna in them.
1) The Snorkack Hunt - Luna hears a rumor that Snorkacks only appear in certain places during a certain event. So she invites Harry Snorkack hunting, and when they get to a forest, she tells him that they will only show up when two people are in the throws of passion. Sexiness ensues. I'll leave it to you if the elusive creature appears at all.
2) Give them Something to Talk About - Rita Skeeter is up to her old tricks by sneaking around in her animagus form to get stories about Harry. So he and Luna come up with an idea to give the reporter something really interesting to report on. Them shagging all over Hogwarts. In classrooms. The Great Hall. Dumbledore's office. Sometimes while other people are around, not caring at all. In the end, they cast a mass obliviate spell over the whole school, so when Skeeter prints her story, she looks like she's crazy since no one believes her.
