I'm having such mixed emotions right now. I LOVE the way you ended this story! I'm sad that it's over!

Ok, down to business. I do love that you incorporated some of the original epilogue. I love the poem you used in Draco's truth. I think it was perfect that you explained how Hermione had honestly been feeling about her marriage for a while, instead of "Well, everything's fantastic, but I'm leaving you for Draco." It was great that she took some time after she left Ron to get her head on straight instead of obsessing about a possible future with Draco. It gives their future a stronger foundation than just jumping in the day she decides to end it with the father of her children. Brilliant.

The way you built this story is amazing. Your notes about the inspiration for the Dividing Line made me laugh so hard - but it was an amazingly original piece in the plot - almost a character in itself!

I'm not going to lie, your character development was so thorough that, even being a ginger myself, (yeah, guilty) I didn't once feel bad about pulling for Draco. This is the first Dramione story I've read, so I was surprised how badly I wanted them to work out!

Can't wait to read more of your genius, miss! Though, I won't be selfish - you deserve a lovely vacation.

Enjoy your break, although I'm sure you'll have marvelous story ideas floating around in your head all the while. :)

We'll chat soon Love!

Kain - You are a reviewing prodigy. Seriously, don't ever stop. When I get notice that there's a new chapter, two things come to mind, "Yay, can't wait to see what PrettyDesdemona does with this story!" and, "I'm so stoked to see what Kain has to say!" Your GIFs are legendary.

..There are no words...none at all that I can use to express how very much I have enjoyed this story, hell I don't even think I have any GIF's prepared. Although I have never been of fan of time skips of any length, it is a testament to your writing ability that I was okay with this one. I totally thought you would save an ending like this for the sequel and I am cringing at the thought of which of the Toravasi bit the dust as was hinted.

Now on to the full review:

WOW....ya blew me away, this was not the ending I saw coming. It was very bittersweet and yet so very real. While I personally think it was a low move for Draco to drop that bomb on Hermione so soon after he and Astoria decided to call it quits, he was not lying when he said it was honesty. Probably the most honest he has been on years. the subsequent end of Hermione and Ron's relationship was sad as well and all those months that she stayed with Isobel, was he able to see his kid? What were their other friends reactions? Did Ron go after Draco at work for the stunt he pulled? What did the children think about everything that was happening? There really is no right or wrong, villain or hero in this situation, and that is what has really drawn me to your story, the characters are so flawed and the things they do can range from extremely selfish to heroically selfless. Very surprised to see that Draco became an Auror and would love to see how he got in to the program and completed his heel-face turn for good. Good to see Isobel and Bo are still going strong and even got a kid....SQEEE!......Ahem I mean....cute.

While their may be some who feel this ending was a bit of a cop out and a bit rushed to get back to dramione, I felt it was perfect and a true personification of what this story has been about and I am sure you will delve more deeply into how things got to this point in the sequel. Btw, just watched the trailer............

@41. Sad that it has ended but happy there will be a sequel!! I loved this story and I am very happy with how you ended it. I think it's right that they didn't just rush into being together, that they spent years with other people first. It makes it seem more real, as everything does not always work out perfectly at the beginning. But it's sweet they found each other again after so many years!!

Looking forward to the sequel!!

The final chapter was amazing!! I'll admit, I was a bit disappointed at the beginning when everything turned out to be just like the original epilogue but I am very much satisfied now. Great job of putting a little twist to the original epilogue, making the relations much more realistic.
I did feel bad for ron though...hermione divorced him at such a nice moment, son playing in the park after getting some ice cream. harsh.
I can not wait to read the follow-up story to this. It will definitely be worth the wait though. The final chapter just left me with more questions...ah!! who died? what situation a year ago? What happened to that one girl who helped ron fine hermione's parents? These are all questions that I am sure you will address in the next story.
I find it so sweet and cute that your family read over your stuff, especially having your dad read over chapter 29.

well, now I am off to watch the trailer!! :D
Again, thanks for this amazing story!!

OMG! And I couldn't believe when I started to read the last chapter and there she was...married to Ron. And as I continued to read I had tears falling down my face because it felt wrong. Their (Draco and Hermione's) relationship was special! They experienced so much together and ....and I don't know felt right. I never had the same felling about her and Ron. BUT I was happy they found each other in the end.

Anyway, I loved this story! You are so talented and I can't wait to read more from you and also for the sequel ;).
