Very sweet story. I like how focused it was. Can't remember if I've already reviewed or not but I like this story just as well the second time :)

Heart wrenchingly sad and well written.
This is a wonderful, and sadly true story for many who lose so many and cant move on.
But unlike real life, this story leads to the only escape a tortured soul can have.
A place away from the harsh reality and constant nightmares that a hero faces and cant handle.
They are offered a paradise, a place where they can be with there beloved and comrades till the end of time.
and are offered the chance to finally confess your apologies and regrets to those that they lost AND love THAT is the most precious gift that can be given to a lost and tortured soul... that was once a hero.....

The story is told in a quiet, reserved and elegant way I appreciate, and I liked the ending too, as i believe that a great wizard's death should have a bit of a mystery around it and the death of a heartbroken lover needs some romantic touch to it.
