Thank you for updating (both stories) -- awesome chapter and you've left so many interesting open ends. Nice Seminar drop by the way. This is one of my all-time favorite stories to read and can't wait for more. I'm amazed at your creativity and character development. Cheers!

I was all prepared to skip past parts, but there's just something about the way you write that compels me to keep reading. The clinical-ness of some it made it easy to read and Hermione's never ending thoughts, worries, and inner monologue made it less squicky. lol I would love to know more about Nigel and Severus' past as a "teacher," too! :-) Thank you once again, hon!! This was unexpected. I thought that Nigel will be some new co-worker in the shop who will make Severus jealous. But it turned out just the opposite. And this conference of George and the public display of having sex will be domething very interesting. The chapter was miraculously long like the previous one. I hope there are more scenes with Nigel. I hope that Hermione sees Sev having a go with Nigel. This can stimulate her too. The story is going very well and it is becoming more and more interesting. I can hardy wait for the next chapters.

I really love this story. I actually had a dream about it last night (that's what I get for reading fan fiction before bed!).

Great chapter! That last sence was very sweet, I hope Hermione wakes up to Severus still laying next to her or I fear she may have her feeling hurt. Keep writing. The spay on Mermaid would of been fun joke product for the main store if the girls breast where better covered and one didn't have to be naked for the product to work. I could imagine teens would love the idea of transforming into a mermaid and other creatures. Imagine George turning Ron's arms into spider legs, he would of screamed the house down.

Great, now I want to peg someone. The next guy I date is going to have to be seriously comfortable with his sexuality.

Okay, a few mysteries and a few revelations. First, his strange reaction to the 'milk duds'. I'm wondering if it's because he might like it too much, or if it's because he DOESN'T like it. He acted like it was a taboo, but the second time he seemed to want to linger. Or maybe it's just a thing he'd never done, unlike everything else so far, and the new experience threw him off. I can't imagine him liking surprises at this time in his life. Dunno.
Second, wow. He's really opening up to her in a big way. I noticed he only took the chance after he had decided she was in love with him, though. Still careful and guarded.I also noticed he is guiding her through the realization of his love life. I would have been upset on her behalf when he presented her with an obvious previous lover, allows profuse familiarity with his person, then throws a quip into the ether about jealousy-- except that his defining traits as a youth WERE jealousy and envy. Knowing about his past, it felt less like a bait and stab than a "This has been my life, can you deal?" It did take a little thinking on my part to come to that conclusion, though.
And George!!! Really? He doesn't think that his 'little sister' would mind doing sex acts on her former professor in front of hundreds of people? Is he out of his cotton pickin' mind?? Unless they are allowed to disguise themselves somehow... Is that why Severus is so casual about it? Because I could see that sort of thing inviting stalkers like crazy. Probably not Severus as much, he doesn't come across as accessible and victim-y enough, but Hermione DEFINITELY. Um, if you have that planned, sorry to expose it. If not, I'm not sorry. ;D
Regardless, I wonder how much he likes her open appreciation of him. I think it must be a lot, and maybe it's valuable because of what they both had been through.

Another brilliant chapter, and I love how the characters and their relationship keep developing. As always, I'm very curious to see what happens next. Where was Severus, and how will Hermione handle performing for a crowd? Keep these chapters coming, please!
