Sorry, I'm a little confused about the whole notches on the broomstick and having to sliver it down or something like that. Can you please explain to me again what that means? (If two of these reviews pop up its because my computer is being weird).

I really like the story, but it's a damper on my mood when you keep repeating scenes. You don't have to actually write out the letter telling her friend what I had literally just read. You simply have to say something along the lines of "Hermione quickly srcibbled out a letter to her friend, recounting the events that had just happened"- or something similar. This will actually bring you a more positive effect from the reader and it doesn't feel nearly as mundane or repetitive.
