Not only still here, but eagerly awaiting more. This is one of the best stories I've read on any fan fiction site. Ever. Your portrayal of Snape and Granger are spot on. I love this story-line. I wondered how you'd handle it when they were separated (which, we knew was going to happen), and I think you're done it beautifully. I really hope you see this through because I cannot wait to see what happens.

I always check for new stories before going to work. This is the only one I'll not worry about being late and read it the minute I see a new chapter!

I just want to extend to you my glowing appreciation for this wonderful fanfic. I typically do not read fanfic at all however, recently I greatly enjoyed a fun piece based on Labyrinth on AFF, which opened me up to this wonderful world. There are some fanfic pieces I truly dislike, however I just spent an entire day reading yours from start to finish. I was so incredibly engrossed that I could not bear stopping. I cannot wait until I am able to see what the future holds for these two! I have never found the story of Romeo and Juliet truly romantic, as they did not truly seem to be in love. I never could get beyond the immaturity and their (for all intents and purposes) puppy love. While beautifully written, I felt the story was lacking. However, in reading your piece here, I couldn't help but think of the truly Shakespearean-esque yearning kind of love, and where Romeo and Juliet lacked, this story embodies that captivating forbidden love and truly speaks about the reality of the torment love can be. While I dearly hope this story doesn't end tragically, I will definitely be enjoying the journey to find out! Please continue this! And thank you for giving me some Harry Potter fanfic the way I've dreamed it should be!

I have just gotten on the Harry Potter "fan" wagon, and in the last 2 months I have read all 7 books and watched the movies. I turned to fan fiction to feed the fire of my need for more Snape. I just had to know how it could have been different for him. When I found your story I read it everywhere I went. At the salon, after dinner with the in-laws, at long stop lights, etc, burning my eyes until I literally couldn't focus on the words. I am so enthralled with how you write. At first i thought that i would want to see this as a movie (albet a dirty movie) but then there is no way to capture the feelings you get by reading such wonderfully written words. Great job and I pray that Snape gets his reward for enduring a shite life. PLEASE!!!!

Truly beautiful. Please continue and finish the story. I just have a little hunch how the story would end. And I'm hoping to the last bits that you'll derived it's ending. But this is truly beautiful. A gifted writer you are. Post more! =)

I usually read dramione fanfics, but I also have a soft spot for Severus.
I just happened to stumble upon this one and read the entire thing within a few days.
Let me say, this is going on my "repeatedly refresh and check for updates" list. Love it love it love it, LOVE IT. So keep going! Go write! Now! I'm impatiently waiting! ;)
