Yay! Remus is on board! So, there's that. I still enjoy the overall tone you have going and I am glad that Dumbles is feeling like a douche for how he treated the Harry being sick situation, but I am just waiting at this point for something to happen.
At the beginning of this story, you had a lot going on, Harry's illness, Figg getting Snape, the Malfoy's taking Harry in, Tom not being Voldepoo, the Draco/Harry friendship, etc. But, for the last few chapters, there hasn't really been any plot development. Just the same thing, Harry is sick, people are nice to him, maybe have to explain things to a new person... that is it. Time seems to be moving slowly, and you seem to be trying to fill it up with Harry needing new potions and Remus being told (sort of) what is going on.
But, there really isn't any tension anymore. Yes, Harry is sick, but he will be okay. He, and us as readers, are being shielded from anything the bad "Voldemort" is doing, or anything with sort of danger or excitement.
So, we are just reading what happens in the day of a life of Harry, as he sits around not feeling good and taking potions. Maybe a small break for someone to be given an quick once over the plot of what has already happened. And, that's it.
I think as this point, you need to add some tension, something to keep readers on their toes! Maybe a time-jump, where Harry is feeling better and therefore can learn more about the magic world, maybe get to explore Hogwarts a bit with the boys. Possibly look into the emotions that Tom and Lucius are feeling about finding their soul mate and him being so young and sick.
I do like this story, I just think you've hit lull and need to knock the story of it!
I wish you all the best and I can't wait to see where this story goes next!

Excellent story! Thank you for having Severus, Tom, Lucius and Narcissa help Harry so much! Thank goodness Mrs Figg was smart and stopped waiting for help from Dumbledore. Does Dumbledore even realize that Harry could have died? Does he even care, or does he still plan for Harry to die for the "Greater Good"? Wonderful story! Can't wait for more!
