Niiice. Almost feel sorry for Lucy. Almost, but not quite. I have to wonder about the Goblins though. They should be angry at having such a dark object within their bank. So one would think that if someone simply told them, they would gladly hand it over, perhaps for a price. Can't wait to read how they get it!

I was beginning to wonder why Fooling Fate wasn't up. You usually have them posted on the same day. I try to read that one first since it's dark tone has gotten a little daunting for me with everything shitty happening at work. I usually read it, then this one so my fear at the end of FF doesn't linger as heavily.... Anyway, I absolutely loved it! All your descriptions of Draco make him so damn sexy. And I love the costumes! You have the best visual imagery. It's amazing!

Great chapter, lots of tiny little twists and kinks for everyone to work on. Poor Lav, she should deck Ron for his behavior when he has a girl. Hermione should cast a low level hex his way as well lol. Maybe a spell that makes everything he eats taste like ash or better yet, slugs XD After all, every girl has their limit! Loved the various little fights through out the chapter. Can't wait to read more and good luck on Fooling Fate! Eagerly awaiting more chapters on all your stories ^^

Somehow, I think if you shut them in a library and sealed them there for the rest of eternity, the two of them would find a way to survive without blood, just siphoning their nutrients straight from the knowledge contained in the books. ANYWAYS, great chapter! I loved the bit on magical theory...that was fun, and made sense really. So, is Dray going to be able to learn how to make his own patronus now? After all, if Sev can, I am sure he can too, and it IS an important asset really.
