Have you ever thought of uploading to Ao3?
It was definitely one of my favourites! Absolutely loved it!
Oh my goodness. I know it was 40 chapters but the tempo and the storyline did not make it feel that long. Fantastic story and plot. The last visit to the kink cub had me laughing because of the motley crew that went. Cant wait to read your other stories
I almost never read vampire fics, but this one drew me in and I couldn't stop! It was a very fun read. I like the dynamics between the family a lot. Thank you!
This fanfic is absolutely amazing. I loved the storyline, the character development, and the way you write. It was entertaining, and captivated my attention from the first chapter. I love how you inserted original characters, without having them take over the whole show, like many author's OC's do. I loved the family ties, and your version of vampires. I really liked how it took Ron two tries to get right with the vamps, and I LOVE that you didn't kill off Fred at the end. :D
After reading 40 chapters, I basically just read a whole book, and even though it was a fanfiction, it had it's own flavor, and feeling, that leaves a unique memory, and feeling separate from the original works. That's probably my favorite part about this piece, the feling of it being it's own story, instead of just another fanfic.
If you wrote a book of your own, with these kind of vampires, in an original setting, with entirely OC, I would definitely read it. Though your spelling in places was off, the overall wonder of the plot and relationships made it easy to enjoy the story around those flaws. Though I was a bit conused by the karaoke bits, I didn't hate them, and I actually really enjoyed the use of them to bolster the romances. I loved the slow transition between Hermione and Draco's relationship from enemies to lovers, and appreciated how none of the family seemed to have an unbelievably fairytale perfect love. They all had things to work through, and it added an extra layer of goodness on top of the satisfying heap of story.
(I actually just made this account, so I could express my love of Beyond the Pale.) *so good* I'm honestly probably about to go read your other works, too.
