that'd be pretty frustrating, having your instincts driving you away from your parental figures. still, it's pretty good odds har's home pack will welcome him back with open arms once he's finished building his own pack.
yeah, i'm thinking Vic's right in there. though when V's minion or possibly even dumbles, over controlling prick bastard that he is, dumps har in the championship (provided this follows canon in that) things are going to get interesting. will vic be able to pick up if har is lying or not about being entered?
oh, dirty poo old man. compulsion spell, i'd bet on it. And the rest of them were just happy to stand aside and let him do it, too. nice to know how many ppl have har's back in hogwarts... that is to say, none at all. guess we learn of har's resistance to compulsion a bit earlier this time out.

i'm still a bit sad that he'll lose the bond with paddi and mooney since he didn't actually get to experience it much, but at least this means the worst of the corrective stuff is over.

LOVE your fic so far, so pleased I found it. A bit sad that Harry will eventually treat Remus and Sirius like he does the Weasleys but that's the only thing. Can't wait for more!!

i'm amazed they're happy to let har go back to hogwarts considering albus machinations and the general lack of care har's experienced there. bloody hell, a nurse should have known better than to feed the skelligro stuff to har if it has such a bad effect... or is that just on his species.
At least in this one, siri has the sense not to bait kreature but then in this one, he's not trapped in grimmauld either. That's a sensible approach to the stuff there too. tossing it all out willy-nilly just seemed so incredibly wasteful.
i'm glad har's not being tossed in blind to this. the book should give him some idea of what to expect. Nor are his pack leaving him completely alone. Also wise. har still needs all the support he can get.
