Interesting progression. I imagine that Remus is not thrilled with the removal of the packing tape. :P
Just a hint, dear, you're switching verb tenses in Ch 4, from past to present. It's a bit of a jolt for some readers.
Sirius having forgotten to bring his trunks in his haste to run away from the madhouse that is (was) Grimmauld place.
Sirius whispered, brandishing the tape (Remus refuses (refused) to even think of that word before it)

"To make matters worse, Sirius stuck the end of one strip of tape just a few centimeters from the left edge of his opening, pulled it, and stuck the other end to his left buttock, then proceeding to do the same on the other side, keeping his butt cheeks apart.
