Poor Severus.... I love him and feel his pain at having to open up about what hurts him (but can't help but keep snickering at the sheer indignity of his character having a former student-- and one that he's attracted to now-- asking him to answer if he's had diarreah.) I love how you have the characters so in "what could be" future canon and staying true to their personalities, quirks and traits while having the authority tables turned. Deep down, he KNOWS Hermione is right and his family history and emotions are 'festering', just doesn't want to admit it out loud....

Great job! Can't wait for more!
