So, Draco 'thinks' he's in 'love' with Hermione? If he really loved her, then, why didn't he sit and talk with her about his feelings, while in school, privately? At the Ministry, why didn't he talk with her, again, privately, telling her what his true feelings for her were and what the so called Ministry Bonding ceremony really does? Why didn't he just give her the much needed information so she KNEW where he really 'stood', and how he felt about her. Now that they're 'married' or whatever the term is, why doesn't he just give her the space she needs and the gold and a place to live separately, and not try to force himself upon her? She always has a choice - she just might put herself in circumstances that she might die from, just to 'get away' from him. Or, at the ceremony, at the Ministry, what would Draco have done, how would he have felt if she turned him down, maybe even cursing him, etc., and willingly giving up her Magic and leaving the Magical World, her not willing to having her legs 'forcefully' spread just so she could stay in the Magical World? Draco never, once, treated her right or as an Equal.

This sex scene was very HOT! I can now understand how much Hermione THOROUGHLY enjoyed being 'TAKEN' by Draco, from the woman's point of view that was described. Maybe, you could tell what happened to them, years down the road!? As brilliant as Hermione is, she should have a great career, somewhere, making lots of gold and having two kids, plus being pleasured, and dressed up to show everyone how lovely she is, how HOT she obviously is! Maybe, you could include scenes where she's asking Draco to 'take' her again, being explicit in her wording!? I can see, now, why Hermione enjoys 'spreading' herself for him!

If I were Hermione, I'd kill the deceitful bastard, consequences be damned! Or, I would have said, 'NO' and threw my Wand down and left the Magical World. Free Will can't be overcome! That'd leave the Ferret to stew, knowing he didn't 'have' me! Magic is 'nice' BUT not all THAT 'nice'! Besides, as Hermione, I'd never spread my legs for someone like a 'Malfoy'!

Hi! I loved reading this story. This is one of the best "wedding law" story that I've actually read (and I've read quite a few of them!). I can't help but wonder if you'll ever write an epilogue for this one. It's ok to end it there, Hermione is quite at peace with everything and willing to build something with her husband, but I feel "dissapointed" not to have a glimpse of their life together as a married couple. I know I'm asking for a lot, you being nice enough to share all your stories, but, my message may well be the one to woke your muse...
Have a nice day and thanks for sharing your stories, I love them all!

Enjoyable story. While I know it's complete, I'd love to read a bit more about their post-marriage. As it stands, Hermione is "I-don't-love-you-but-I-love-making-love-with-you." I'd like to see how she starts falling in love with Draco, as well as Draco's own character development.

Just started on this and went through it today.... I must say, I like how believable you take the "marriage law" concept in this-- taking a farfetched idea and making it work. And didn't make Draco's diaries too one-dimensional and overly sweet, considering how he was such a jerk outwardly in canon. I'll admit I was a bit surprised there wasn't a entry for how angsty and worried he would have been when he couldn't see Hermione in the crowds during the second task, and then a surge of jealousy that she was Viktor's "one" and that HE saved her, worried she'd fall for the Bulgarian for being her hero.... But I love how you are making the progression slow enough with Hermione's reactions to all she's learning. I've found that author's going to fast with reconciling any previous animosity with Slyth/Gryff pairings just aren't believable. And you really do a great job of capturing super-smart Hermione's reasonable thought processes. So great job so far! And thanks for writing so well, technically and gramatically. It is truly appreciated! Can't wait for more :)

Interesting start and twist on the marriage law.
I hope Draco doesn't remain so sappy.
