I freaking love your story! When I was reading about Lucius's reason for hating Arthur Weasley I almost died laughing. When I read that the cat was fed to the giant squid I think I woke my whole apartment building laughing :D The scene where Harry wanted to touch Severus' face was a favorite too. Your writing is addicting and I'll be looking forward to the next chapter. Until then!

I'm on chapter three, and enjoying the fic quite a bit so far, but there was one thing that caught my attention:
"That is fine, however, know that if you wish to speak of it, I won't be disincline to listen." (In, of course, chapter three)
You're going to want to put a "D" on the end of "disinclined."
Other than that, there aren't any problems, and the fic is well-written and totally engrossing.

not very good at the whole kindness thing snape is but he does his best and it's rather cute to see.

i am loving this story. I can soooooo see sev falling for his ward later on. Along with mooney and padfoot to add to the chaos. Har is just adorable and he's gonna have sev wrapped around his pinky, bet on it.
This is really well written too.
So, is there no way they can give him magical sight? Like a spell or an object that could transmit an image of what it 'sees' directly to his mind, by passing the damaged nerves? What about mind reading and such. If har can't see does that mean he's immune?
does the wizarding world have an equivalent for braille or do they just junk a damaged child and try for an undamaged one? The read aloud spell is pretty cool.

I hate bullying. I know how Severus feels. It's hard to let go of past grudges.But I am glad Severus is the bigger, better man. I hope things progress for the two and hope more is to come soon please.
