I rea;lly enjoyed your story. Though I must admit, you did hav me crying at several points. This is a much needed tale that needs to be out there letting people know that depression is a real illness, and nee to be treated as such. Thank you for writing this novellaand for all the timeand effortyouput into it. Kudos!

Hi, I'm only half way through this story so far but I would like to commend you for tackling such a subject as you have. You have portrayed Harry's emotions very realistically and the slow build up helps realistically show how hard it is to recognise the signs.
Again, Well done. I look forward to reading the rest of the story.

sad to see it over, but you did a wonderful job with this. i can't imagine the emotional toll of trying to write a story like this as it's all too easy to see the real world effects of PTSD that so many of our soldiers in all countries wind up suffering from before deciding to take that final step, not even touching on all the other causes of suicide that take too many lives. you did a wonderful job with this showing harry growing slowly from that point of no return back to the person he was meant to be as well as the relationships of all those around him developing and changing in response. another wonderful story :)

It really was a roller coaster of a story and deeply emotional through out. But the deep developing relationships between Harry, Lucius, & Dudley as well as Charles & Draco was gratifying and lovely to read. It was a serious look at an imaginary war & it's imaginary aftermath. You did an excellent job riding that thin line between "could be" and "never was".

Bravo! Very well done!
There are many stories that have harry in a suicidal position, but i haven't read any that delve into the thought process and feelings behind suicide as an answer to problems beyond a superficial glance.
You really captured the helplessness of those around a suicidal person when all they can do is watch the downward spiral. This story broke my heart at many points, but I would definitely rec this for future readers.
