Great story so far, I absolutely love it!! I was so excited that you updated haha. I really liked the part with George and Fred and I hope they come back later on in the story! I enjoyed the descriptive appearence of Harry and the encounter with Ron, too.(:

Is har still a horcrux? If so, his parents are going to be extra pissy about Dumbles tossing har to DL. Cause thats essentially what he did. Tossed the baby and his 'parents' into the DL's path.
I don't know that you can find something bad enough to do to the old freak or his Dra accomplice.

This is brilliant!! I love how slimy and twisted Dumbledore is trying to manipulate Harry. I can't wait to see what the reactions of everyone else will be. Thank you so much for the glossary too by the way. I haven't had too much trouble keeping everything straight but this helps so much. Great job on the chapter can't wait to see the next one!

i think your prologue is an excellent example of the pervasiveness of subconcious racism. i was really excited to read this fic based on your description, but i just couldn't continue. i'm sure you didn't intend for it, but each of the vassal races of drayches were described as having some variation of dark skin contrasted by your description of the ruling drayches who all (except for one group) had pale skin including your most beautiful drayches having alabaster like skin. i don't think you should change anything that you've written because you've clearly put lots of effort into building your characters and this universe, but i think that you and many others should try to remember that whiteness isn't a requisite for beauty and dark skin shouldn't be an immediate indicator of servitude.

is the prophesy still valid or is it made out hole cloth. If it isn't there's no reason har can't just got screw the lot of ya and leave... he probably wouldn;t wish to as there are some people he cares about but still. I wonder how V will react to this. on the plus side he'll probably never have to see the dursley's again.
