I like the possibilities so far - just a suggestion - how about having Snape tell Harry to curse Draco with the same spell and then either thry become a pair, or once Harry has had enequivalent wy with Draco the two curses cancel out?

oh... dear... that's patently illegal i hope. Things can't stay like this. how's he supposed to fight V, if he's a D.E. jr's toy. Not to mention managing the D.A. It to dangerous for har to stay that way. Surely there's got to be something that can make the bond two way, or lessen it or something.
