ah, pooh, missed a chappie. oh well.
anyway, what the heck is har thinking taking out all his support structure like that? Wouldn't mio recognize the symptoms of being obliviated (she's sure to have read about them.) He'd have to be damned sure of the spell too, or he could really do her damage.
Also, he's not going to be able to get everyone, like he mentioned, they slyths wouldn't read his letter and leaving them with memories in tact would be most unwise. Malfoy especially. well, that is if Voldi's still around, otherwise, meh to them. Also, what will he do about stuff like the sorting hat and various paper records of his attendance and things like his test results?
one more question. if har couldn't use magic to shrink his stuff... how come he could use obliviate without sending up warning bells?

if i was harry as a good bye to my so-called family i would prank them. an yes i know magic is not allowed out side of school. who said anything about doing magic? that's what potions are for. just slip some drought of the living dead into their food and it is night night dursley family, an it could be days if not a week or more before they are found let alone cured.an harry's dear uncle would likely be out of a job by the time he did show back up to work. an i do not think anyone from vernon's work would care enough about him to stop by, nor would anyone else other then maybe mrs. figg but that is only likely to happen if she knows harry is at the house this christmas which would be a change from normal for that to happen since he has not been home the last few christmases. as far as time line goes it can not be christmas of 4th year otherwise harry would have to worry about breaking the contract for the tri-wizard tournament. unless this is harry trying to find a way to beat the tasks of the tri-wizard tournament but this sounds more like a harry is leaving the country story.

now how you can get the dursley family found after harry slips them drought of the living dead is have child protective services call on them about 2 weeks after the school year starts back because dudley has not shown up for school in 2 weeks or if you want them found sooner have one of dudley's gang members stop by after figuring out that no one is home to rob them and he finds the bodies. now since he thinks they are dead he decides to rob them of everything he can carry out then come back later and make a big stink about finding them and call the cops. an of course since the local cops have been dealing with dudley and his gang for years with every case getting dropped they think his freind is suspect number one an that the gang must have had some falling out an dudley was planning on ratting the others out so this guy drugged them an thought he killed them then tried to make it look like a robbery and throw the cops off of him by making sure he found the bodies. an since harry NEVER comes home for holidays no one thinks about the fact it was him. an sure this may not kill the dursley's but vernon would lose his job and at least one or more of dudley's buddies would go to jail and dudley would have to repeat his grade because in the hospital there is no one to bully into doing his work for him. an if harry slipped braclets on them with compulsion charms to always tell the truth and and a notice-me-not charm then they all should have a really fun time for the next few years while all sitting in jail.

now with each dursly having a bracelet that forces them to tell the truth all 3 will admit to every crime they have ever commited.so that even if at some point the cops do believe petuna about there being some magical world out there since it was about 25 years ago that she took her one and only trip to see it an has spent the time since then trying to forget then they will get no good clues about it other then school starts on september first and ends on june 15 and they have to pick up the freak at the train station at king's cross. an after all the crimes the dursley family did to harry i think the cops will look the other way on this one case and ship the whole magical world bit to someone else higher up the chain of command.

an a nice charge for vernon to admit to would be ripping off his company by having ghost employees or people who do not work there listed that they do. that way vernon cashes their paycheck by having them directly put into his bank account. he started this 3 years after starting the job with the company with 3 ghost employees and is now up to 10 ghost employees who have worked at the company for the last 10 years listed as part of his staff. so he is on the hook for about 2and a half a million pounds sterling which he has used on bribes to keep dudley out of jail and gambling and hookers. you figure 10 guys for 10 years at 25,000 a year per guy is 250,000 per guy times 10 guys for 2.5 million. an he listed 3 of them as working there for the last 15 years so that is 3 guys at 25,000 a year per guy for 375,000 more or a total of 2.85 million pounds sterling. an when you add in child abuse, child rugelect, child indangerment they are looking at hoping to plea bargain the case down to only 10 years in prison each. an with dudley his assults on other children breaking into homes to rob them and grand theft auto so he and his friends could go for joy rides everyone is looking at a good long time in jail.

Has the dark idiot been eliminated? If so, then Harry needs to go Paris branch of Gringott's and get himself his money.

well since harry is wearing 4 weasley sweaters then it should be right before 5th year. now since it does say m/m and 3plus i would suggest the creevey brothers as the members of the 3plus with harry. now since very little is known about the creevey's and their parents then they can be put into almost any setting. as we know the creevey brothers are some of harry's biggest fans and thereby would do ANYTHING for harry potter if only he would ask.
