Love It! this is a great take on the story. Also I'm really glad to see Remus alive. He's one of my favorite characters in the HP series. However I did notice one thing, several times you referred to Maya as a she. Because I've read Punishment (several times to tied me over till you have a chance to update it again) I know he is supposed to be male yet you call him a she when the Fenir tells the rest of the alphas to tell Maya about Harry and Remus. Then again when Maya first gets a look at Harry. I figure you probably just missed it or spell check did something funny but it does make things confusing. But still I LOVE both Absolution and Punishment and cant wait for updates for both. I think you have a great thing going here and cant wait to see where to take both stories!

far more promising for har that the fall out of the other story. For remi too considering he was killed in the other. in this one, har won't have quite as much trauma to work through.

I've noticed this in both your fics; when you refer to Maya, the healer, you switch between genders in pronoun use. This is the only one you do this with. I know Maya is a submissive but is Maya male or Female?

Just read Punishment and then found this. Gotta say I like Punishment but I truly enjoy the portrayal of werewolves with culture and codes. I prefer Absolution to Punishment only because I would enjoy Remus interacting with the pack. Is he a sub or just not a very dominant dom? Will the clause in Punishment be true in Absolution as well with Remus being poisoned with Wolfsbane? Harry will be much nore coherent in Absolution I think. And Remus could give a better accounting to his Alpha about the situation. Will everyone still be dead as well? It would be int eresting to see if this will be a true alternate accounting or a spinoff of Punishment. Although perhaps Remus wasnt as far gone, since he didnt have as much wolfsbane that was sub par? Thank you for posting. :)

I love that ur writing an alternative story to punishment. I'm always waiting a for a new chapter, I read the original idea and liked it. So when u picked it up in ur writing I was excited and I loved it because fenir wasn't such a bad guy, just misinformed. The latest chapter to punishment had me crying. Lol well the whole had me tearing up. So I'm hopeful for this one. So far I love it and I can't wait for more

I absolutely love HP/FG and I am really grateful for every fic that appears in fandom with that pairing. I am following your other fic, "Punishment", and I think it has developed quite well. I hope that this story will be at least close to the "Punishment's" quality. It starts well.

I've been reading Punishment, always loved it but never reviewed... I'm not entirely sure why.

But I just had to for this. I love it so far. Maybe a more cheerful twist on the other? Love the angst of Punishment but it's hard to find a happy Harry/Fenrir story out there. Can't wait to read more! =D
