I have become completely caught up in this story. I felt a bit for Harry in this third chapter, but even more for poor Draco and he isn't a character I often find myself feeling for. I can't wait for the next installment.

Oh dear. Harry should have told Lucius first... This is not going to go down well.
I am enjoying this story very much - can't wait to see in what kind of family constellation they are going to live!
The only thing that threw me off was the part about having breakfast in France. There are no diners in France unless they are trying to imitate America, certainly not in small towns. Waiters do not introduce themselves by their first names (or any name). It's just a bit too familiar for Europe and it would be downright rude to call a French person you are not friends with by their first name.
French breakfast consists of croissants or maybe baguette with butter and jam with some milky coffee or hot chocolate. Cooked breakfast is nearly unknown. Nobody eats pancakes (or french fries - what are home fries???) for breakfast. Ordering steak well done might get you thrown out by the chef. It is also more than unlikely that they would have 'syrups' or peanut butter.
I really, eally don't want to be patronising or anything, I hope you find this information helpful.
I find the story very promising and am at the edge of my seat to see how things will progress from here on.

about #2...
You know, all that mentioning about villa, chateaus, etc. ...had
me looking them up since I've always wanted to stay in one, but
you aught to give the California villas a mention, especially
in Pelican Hill, CA...those are nice.
Well, good to see that Ginny is going to be a faded memory [never
did care for the character...in the books AND movies].
