This story had such an impact on me when I read it for the first time years ago. I remember how vivid your imagery was and how lush your descriptions. You set a standard for FanFiction for me, for better or for worse, and I can’t help but return to it every once and a while and sigh over the prose and the plot and the perfection of it all. I hope you are well and I hope you are still writing.
I have to admit that I am enamoured with your writing skills and the way you have developed this plot. It's interesting to see Tom act like the boy he is, even if he is mature for his age, and too smart for his own good. I wish to see how this plot will eventually grow.
