Wow.. I like how you take it very slow and have all of them fight their battles at their own pace. But, jesus christ, Prongs and Padfoot really are a couple of prats. It's amazing Moony has been able to NOT do anything sooner. In many other stories about them, the teasing is kind of innocent, but inthis one I just have a picture in my head of them as good old-fashioned bullies. James's fight to get Lily is well-done, and you kinda get a sense of the dynamics of the school-body. They all frustrate me in turns, it's kind of funny. But I really like your story, and am looking forward to more?

...D'awww, Remuuuusssss. I got actually really sad for him toward the end of chapter four. It could be because I'm an intensely huge Sirius/Remus shipper, but the way it was described, with him left out before, and James in love with Lily but wanting Sirius anyway, and and-

'"I want to do that too," Remus heard himself say without ever intending it, it came honest and innocent and laden with undertones of something he'd stifled too long, and James could tell, because he broke the kiss reluctantly, hand still on Sirius' jaw.' <---THIS. That is what made me sad. It's really beautifully written and in-character, too.
