Yay! You're back! This is one of the funniest, yet most horrifying creature features I've read yet. More, please.

Chickens are down right scary! They're like feathered dinosaurs. I just came back from Key West and they're over running the entire island. All that aside, excellent choice to use them. I'm very interested to see where this is going. Now even the thought of those chickens is giving me the creeps!

I think I liked your sappy attempt at the story with the puppy better. Chickens? Really? They would have proved more entertaining with the collapsing cavern, left to starve. But chickens? I just find it too absurd and can't stop laughing enough to really get through this story. Chickens. Goodness.

Lol. It's supposed to be absurd. I was laughing as I was writing it, imagining all the "WTF" moments people would be having. It's fine if you can't get through it. I'm just trying to shake up my MIA muse a little.

I did get to the end of it, it wasn't that long. I still can't imagine them running around with the ginorma-chickens. But at least you're having a good time of it.

LOL!!! My mother-in-law raises chickens and yeah, if they were +6ft tall that would be totally SCARY!! Well here's to Hermione and Snape escaping them... Heheheh. Looking forward to reading more of this.

Glad to see ya back and was wondering about you and here is a story. I like it. I know chockens from growing up and well done. I wonder what else is in the caverns.
