now i think harry would be totally against the idea of being thought of as nothing more then breeding stock, such as a prized bull. i also think granger will find this whole idea to be totally crazy since it would go against her morals. so i think it would be up to ron to put out the idea about harry considering the idea and after granger thinks about it she ends up agreeing with ron that once it gets out harry is a member of this rare race everyone is going to want to bed him but once it gets out he is not interested in being a prized mating bull everyone will not just leave they will mearly change thier attack plan and try to tick harry into bedding them by pretending to wish to date him for himself and not for his creature blood. it may take harry a while to get uised to the idea but in the end he will likely just have a contract created that says here are my fees take it or leave it.

You know what this was like it was in the books where Harry finds something out like what Snape and Dumbledore do (the 2nd potion room fiasco)and in some insane logic turns around and speaks civil with Dumbledore this is the same ridiculous logic that the books where famous for.The Headmaster has been screwing Harry's life since his parents died then we flash forward Volde finally dies and where are we Harry being Dumbledore's puppet. i did just read a different story which gave me an idea you could have harryget picked for a pro quittich team. so he does schooling during the week and practice and play games on the weekends. that way you open him up to many more people outside of those at hogwarts. before you think that is a bit young think about victor krum he played in the world cup before showing up to hogwarts so he would have been 16 when the season started unless he was dumb and held back a year or two. an with the way people went nuts for him even in england like ron you would think he had been playing for a while and proved he was as great as all the hipe about him.

now you wanted ideas on how to bring former students back to hogwarts? i would think you have 1 of 2 options, start a masters degree program at the school or replace some of the teachers such as oliver wood replacing hooch as flying instuctor in his spare time while he also plays keeper as a pro for whatever team. that would also open up the option of wood inviting other fromer students to stop by as guess instuctors in thier given area such as the chasers from harry house team. you could also have hagred leave to go off to marry madame maxine from the french school opening up his job for someone else to take, plus get a new history teacher to replace binn's and a new muggle studies treacher as well. an to make it work you can have hogwarts fail it's international confederation of wizards 10 year check of the school so it either makes the changes or hogwarts is removed from the list of schools approved by the i.c.w. for international students. an if that happens you would no longer get students like chang from china or the patil twins from india, that also mean anyone from hogwarts wanting to work outside of great britain would need to take i.c.w. approved tests to prove they know the subjects they claim. you could also have the i.c.w. find snape's class below the make as well and have dumbledore on keep him on as head of slytherin house and as a potions research spealist or only allow him to teach those looking for thier mastery in potions since those students would need little to no oversite at all.

of course the patil's and chang would in fact be determined by how your magical world is set up? since at one time places like india and canada to name only 2 were under direct british rule if the magical world still has direct control over all great britain former holding then the i.c.w. would be nothing to worry about for the most part.

now as far as a naw potions master for years 1-7 goes you could bring in the weasley twins who went on to get thier potions masteries in thier spare time just to be able to piss snape off about the fact that they are also now potions masters. now the only real problem i see about that is that if the twins have creature blood then so would the rest of the family such as ginny and ron. so then this would end up turning into a harry has sex with the whole weasley family type story. unless you come up with a creature that it's blood ONLY shows up in twins and that would then cover the patils and weasley twin and also leave the other weasleys out.

the way i see it the weasley twins make several contacts at the 2 other schools during the tri-wizard tournament so were able to start selling thier pranks to those 2 other schools as well during thier last year at hogwarts so that they took harry's 1,000 gallions and turned it into more like 20,000 gallions before they ever left hogwarts. so they would have no problem in buying themselves a mastery in potions just to piss off snape. an i think they would likely spend at least part of thier summer after 7th year traveling to locations were other schools are to intoduce thier products there as well so that thier owl order business should account for about 95 percent of thier business. so all they really have to do is hire people to create thier pranks for them after getting unbreakable vows from them of course then hire other to fill the orders, then they hire someone like lee to keep an eye on the store a few hours a day.
