Hahaha! AWESOME!
Reminds me a tiny bit of another squicky series I read recently that deals with the psychological concepts surrounding bodily-function squick kink fetishes... in a good way. This is well written, has twists and turns and angles... and very funny. I was all "Awww" that's so cute that socially awkward/stunted Snape has a 'How-to' book about making friends!! That was PERFECT! It was totally Snape AND endearing-- two things that usually would result in an oxymoron or OOC... but it works and is adorable!! (DAMN! Wish I'd thought of that!) As was his projecting that he knew what was going on the entire time (hope he somehow learned to delete his browsing history or the staff room is going to be a-buzzing if the Muggle studies teacher has loose lips! ;)
Good job! You've helped revive my faith in AFF authors by posting such a well put-together piece-- especially with a subject like That!
